Clean, quiet room next to Centre Hospitalier Belle Isle. (This may be helpful for travelers otherwise reliant on Google Maps.) Good breakfast at reasonable price. Can walk into old city in 20 minutes or so. This apartment hotel is fairly basic but good value for a short stay.
