"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Hotel im Grunde genommen sehr gut, jedoch keine fünf Sterne mehr Zimmer ist voll okay jedoch Badezimmer noch mit Badewanne und renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem Zustand durchaus okay Service top Freundlichkeit etc."
