"No hot water after 10:00pm, some of the staff not well trained, not polite, no good customer service. Internal phone lines to call reception is connected to internet, when service breaks down, you are on your onw in the room without phone access which is a safety hazard. Internet service is unstable. Not a good value for money, I would not stay there again."

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’hôtel. Personnel très à l’écoute et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Emplacement idéal et proche de tout. Très bon petit déjeuner et restaurant. Un petit coin de paradis ! L’environnement est apaisant, le jardin magnifique, et le calme au rendez-vous. Idéal pour se ressourcer. On a adoré notre séjour !"

"La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, resulta muy conveniente para conocer la ciudad. La habitación que nos tocó no tenía ventanas y solo había un ventilador pequeño, por lo que siempre nos sentimos sofocados y con bochorno. La cama, el armario y el televisor muy bien, pero la ventilación si muy deficiente. Respecto al baño, el sanitario no tenía tapa y el jabón era de barra pero parecía jabón de cocina. La ducha estaba perfecta."
