Reception, bar, and roof top restaurant staff were all excellent and very helpful with only staff who were good but not to the high standard of other areas being breakfast staff. Breakfast basic with cooked food barely warm and eggs solid. Well situated hotel in an interesting area of the town with the undoubted highlight being the rooftop restaurant where food and service was very good but early evenings views particularly of sunset and moon rising outstanding. Stay there again without hesitation."

"We had such a great time staying at the Pelagos hotel, the staff were always kind and lovely, the location is beautiful and its perfect for people looking to do absolutely nothing but enjoy the views, sun and food! We are vegetarian and the staff made us feel so special making sure we had plenty of food for the breakfast and dinner buffets - would 100% recommend a stay here!"

"Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30% discount I feel it should be the difference of the cheapest include option personal. But would definitely go again. We had the hotel airport shuttle yes a little more than booking separate but worth it for the service and ease of it."
