"The hotel is oceanfront but there is no beach at the property. We didn’t pay much attention when booking it but the hotel provides TukTuk transportation to 3 different beaches around including Marina’s and Carvoeiro- 5 min ride which was a really good surprise. We had a car but just used to go to beaches far away and for the rest we used the TukTuk for everything since parking after certain time at the beach is very difficult. The hotel is close by to central carvoeiro where you can walk to Bonecas bar and other restaurants around. The view is amazing and experience was really great. Rooms felt a bit outdated but we were in 3 and they were able to accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast was very nice, lots of families with kids , great environment."

"Incredible property. Stunning beach with amazing lounge chairs— with availability even during peak season. Amazing breakfast. Fantastic restaurant/bar for lunch in the beach. Only downside was inconsistent and almost non-functioning housekeeping in hotel."

"We had a family suite for 4 people which was very spacious and had a good size kitchen. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants near by with good food choices."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
