"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The rooms were incredible and service was impeccable. The breakfast is something our group is still talking about and missing. Being so close to town but in such a peaceful and beautiful spot was amazing. We were celebrating my birthday and staff did a great job making us feel special. Perfect spot in Taormina! "
