"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "This was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and really appreciate the staff at this beautiful hotel. The space is lovely, as are the rooms. The location is incredible and the views can’t be beat. Finally, the team there were so helpful and genuinely invested in our comfort. They went way out of their way to accommodate vegan diets and did an incredible incredible job. Easily in the top 5 of our hotel experiences and could be the top spot. Highly recommended!"

"It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel; it is very clean and well-organised. The breakfast was fantastic, all fresh products; one thing that really stood out to us was the honeycomb at the buffet, dripping with delicious fresh honey. All the staff; from the dining room to the reception were truly kind and friendly, especially Giovanni, Benedetto, Sonia and Chiara! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, as we had such a wonderful experience."

"Everything was excellent except the concierge was awful. They never made the dinner reservations they were supposed to and gave wrong directions. Also, if you drive your own car there ask for directions to the hidden car entrance. The front of the hotel is for taxis only."
