Some drank guests made terrible noise. The petite girl from reception came and said 'pls be quite' drank people laughed and made more noise.
Some other guests heard laud music from speakers at pool area. I called the reception. He said we can't do anything about it. I said its after 1 pm. We don't have this rule between 1-3 pm.
No where is written pool is not to use at night.
Every night we saw people swimming in pool at 2:30 am or 4 am.

Poolside drinks were served in the flimsiest plastic cups (cardboard would be better for environment, and stronger). I noticed a few staff on their phones which isn't very professional. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything.
For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved.
On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests.
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare.

The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and we never felt the need to leave the resort. Everything we could want was right there: beautiful rooms, great food, and endless activities. The resort had so much to offer: we loved the daily activities like pottery, painting, tote bag workshops, yoga, Pilates, and pool aquatics. There was always something engaging to enjoy.
Dining was also a highlight, with four great options, the main dining hall, a beachside sushi spot, a romantic French restaurant, and the pizza bungalow by the pool.
