"Our check in time was quick and easy, stuffs was ok helpful, self parking was very easy, great to have EV Tesla charging stations, lobby is modern and nice, our room beds size is ok said is queen but feel like full sizes, half of the bed is too soft and has weak points like been sitting or jumping for a long time, has AC and fan is good, not enough lights since we have to closed the window blinds, the room has no view is blocked by the green house windows was very disappointing at a beach town. Swimming pool is tiny! Check out was easy! "

"Worst customer service at the front desk with the young man that I couldn’t get his name. The room was still filthy. Hair inside the shower, is never a good sight! I will never stay at this place, nor recommend it to anyone. Let’s not talk about the breakfast that was offered. "

"Stay was great although next time I will book a room with a refrigerator. My only mention would be is the valet ! The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. The issue is when you get downstairs for your car it is not there and then you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I hope they can resolve this issue. Some people may not have the luxury of time "

"Easily walkable to Cannery Row and the aquarium. Nice view with the balcony when booking ocean view. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean as there were visible splatters. The bed was SO loud and squeaky when getting up and sitting down. It was also ridiculously uncomfortable and had dips in the mattress. We’ve stayed here before in 2022.. but this trip they added $16 per NIGHT just to park your car. That is ridiculous and at 2 nights for $32 plus tax?? Waste of money, when we’re already paying to stay. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone anymore."

"Was notified at 3pm room was ready. Upon arrival room was NOT ready and took an additional hour to complete. Being upset with 4 fussy kids this may have "rushed" cleaner. Drawers were not emptied from previous stayers my kids had to find personal and sexual toys in their drawers."
