"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

It’s close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to escape the loud music at night, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. "The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk girls staff were not very welcoming, and some information and arrangements were not handled properly. For example, we received a card for a complimentary cocktail at 6 PM, even though they knew we had a 6 AM early checkout the next morning. If you enjoy a resort-style hotel where you can relax on the property, this is a good choice. However, there isn’t much within walking distance, so it’s not ideal if you want nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions. Overall, a nice resort with fantastic restaurant and housekeeping staff, but the girls at front desk experience could definitely be improved."
