"Difficult to get to but worth the trip. We took El Chepe to Bauchivo from Creel and they picked us up when we arrived to transport to the hotel. The place was very comfortable with spectacular views of the Rick formations above. Food was great, staff were very accommodating. Someone in your group ..."

No heat in the middle of winter
"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater ..."
