Ibis Istanbul Zeytinburnu

8/10 Good

"Staff are so helpful and attentive, the room are clean but smells cigarette smoke even the house keeping already sprayed, and the shower room is not properly sealed the water is keep leaking on the floor , there is no supply of box tissue , the hand wash soap container keep falling, the safety box is not working and no English instruction..The hotel are ok and just within Yedi Mavi where the Dental Clinic where I have my appointment is just walking distance ,it’s just need a proper maintenance of the property, but I really appreciate gifts from the house like water and box of mixed nuts ."

Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center

10/10 Excellent

"A very high-quality hotel at a very convenient location for business purposes. The property is extremely well-maintained and the staff are very helpful. The executive rooms are spacious with excellent views of the city or the sea. The lobby is outstanding. Close to public transportation, taxis or uber vehicles arrive within minutes. Very well priced for the quality of the property."

CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

10/10 Excellent

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

Quinnova Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. You couldn't hear the other rooms much allowed for peaceful relax. Staff held onto my bags in the lobby on my checkout day so I could still enjoy the last day. Had a small issues where the heat turned up to 26°c and couldn't adjust the thermostat but only happened on the last day so wasnt a problem really. All in all very happy with my stay"

The Lola Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh local and international options each morning. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would happily stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
