"The place seems so spread out and you are constantly going up or down stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. Definitely handicap friendly. Otherwise staff was friendly, pool was cool and refreshing and there are several restaurants next to the hotel for food options "

"Hotel is modern, clean & in very good condition as the hotel is newly built. Room, bed & bed linen was comfortable & very clean. There is an opening window with a safety lock, air con, tea/coffee/water & fridge. Bathroom comfortable size with toiletries available & a powerful hair dryer. Thank you to the staff who are all professional, friendly & attentive. Nursel our room cleaner is very helpful & our room was kept in excellent condition. There are shops across the road. I can recommend this...

"I stayed one week in Mersin oteli and it was great.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, speak English very well especially Rajab, Moukader and younos.Housekeepers also yilderim and hassan are very cooperative.
Breakfast is very delicious.
Location is excellent near the center and one minute walking to the sea and bus station.
There are rooms with balconies and wonderful sea view.
Room rates are fair in comparison of other r stars hotels in the area.
