"Room was always clean! The staff was amazing! There is so much to do there! Downloading the app was huge! We had a little one (5 yrs old) with us and was really hesitant about putting him in StarCamp so that he could meet the other little kids, but it turned out to be the best decision! The security was great, He never wanted to leave the camp, and bawled his little eyes out when we had to leave. We’ll be back!!! Even with the kids!"

"Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and staff was friendly, fun, and helpful. It was difficult to make dinner reservations so we were only able to eat at two of the specialty restaurants but the buffet food was good. My only complaint was the snack bar. Even though it’s on the beach and near the pool you couldn’t go in there with a bathing suit on, which was a little annoying during the day when you wanted to get a snack while being at the pool. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely choose Riu Palace again. "
