"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "This house really is incredible. The spec and finish of all the rooms and facilities are first class. The hosts were very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. I’ll 100% be coming back here next time I’m in Plymouth. "

"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat...

Amazing

"The hotel is stunning specially that it was built 1863. The room a amazing size, guess does go by what you choose and paid for. Wifi has work all time I've been here. I am writing this review while I am still there. Staff have been super friendly. Highly recommend. 100% definitely coming back. Will like to add Aj at the receptionist has been super friendly and helpful."

Upgrade is Great!

"The staff upgraded me to the 9/F. The room was huge with not one but two queen-sized beds. Unlike some hotels, there is a fridge in the room. They provided a total of 4 small bottles of water. In my opinion, that is a great little touch on a hot summer day. Their free wifi is fast and smooth. It is even great for watching YouTube videos. The shower was a little weak, but I don't recall a good shower at a hotel to begin with. Otherwise, the room was just quiet and comfortable."
