"Great stay. Kim at the front desk is fantastic but the shower/bath was dirty with hair and unclean. "

"The bed has hair on the pillows and the bathroom had hair on sink. We stayed a few hours so we didn’t make a big deal about it but could have been cleaned better. "

"Property was excellent. Booked through Expedia and there was issues on my end due to wrong dates entered. Expedia and manager of hotel were amazing by letting me change dates . "

"Arrived at 11:45pm and had to wake up at 0500. The digital key would not work. Went downstairs and obtained a physical key card which did not work. The front desk gave us another room. The room we stayed in did not have a deadbolt that worked for the adjoining room, dirty shower curtain and questionable elevators. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, just a very difficult time getting into our room to get a little bit of sleep"

"This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet."
