"The hotel location is convenient as it is within walking distance of downtown Manchester. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. For a hotel that is part of the Hilton chain, I expected much better attention to detail.
After being out all day, we returned to find that the beds had not been properly made, the bathroom sink was still dirty, and there were no fresh towels or soap replenished. When I went downstairs to speak with the staff, I was told that the hotel offers a “light cleaning style” because supposedly guests prefer it. This was honestly the first time I had ever heard of a hotel using that explanation for incomplete housekeeping.
Overall, while the location and hotel itself were enjoyable, the cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected."
