"My room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty the toilet barely flush and had a dirty nasty plunger next to the toilet! Window curtains were torn. Hallway carpet was filthy! I took pictures as well"

"Room was dirty, food crumbs all over on the floor, toilet in bathroom dirty and hotel clerk assured us it was just cleaned. He left the front desk and checked the room. The uncleaned areas where not found until after we were unpacked."

"Putsdie was run down went to check in Lady at front desk was rude and we have no rooms avaliable i said i have a reservation and still got rude didnt explain why just said we have nothing avaliable for you its going to be about another 45 mins witch i came in about 310pm . Beds were not comfortable they didnt clean properly leftover food in refrigerator smelled soo bad the noises from the highway was soo loud. But at least the sheets an blankets were clean. Definitely will not be staying here again.. "

"The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!"

"Pretty beat up hotel. . Holes in room wall. Sad excuse for a breakfast. All coffee empty at 8:45. I expected better from a Hampton."

"Bring some type of door locking tool as our room (204) did not have a clasp for the door latch and only the standard deadbolt. Bring own bedding, all pieces. Be aware of how to turn on the shower from the faucet as it is not standard and prepare for a misty unpressured shower waterfall. Also, a spray bottle, bottle or rubbing alcohol, container of bleach wipes, and possibly your favorite pure essential oil will go along way to make yourself more comfortable."

"The front desk was nice during check in , but when it was time to check out and get my $60 deposit back I was told I smoked in the room when I have a vehicle and smoked in my car , I was never told second hand smoke counted but will NEVER stay here again just due to the front desk was disrespectful and caused me to get out of character!! I wasn’t mad about the deposit I was mad because the front desk told me I did something I know I didn’t do and there’s glass in the parking lot overall I just slept here because I had to rest and was leaving early morning ."

"Booked the room 2 months in advance and pre-paid, when we arrived, they did not have a room for us! Said that they were sold out and that there was nothing they could do. We travels 3 hours for my son and daughter-in- law’s baby shower. Booked this hotel because of the full kitchen. I needed to prepare food for the shower. They have my credit card number on file and had my confirmation as well. "
