"Nice, clean, spacious apartment, in a central location on Mt. Buller. Close to all shops and restaurants, and also to Mt. Buller Ski School. The snow was amazing, allowing us to ski in/ ski out this season. Would definitely consider staying here again. One of the main issues was the main door to the apartments was not always locked, questioning the security. "Location great, but annoying that there is no place to leave luggage, or even boots when you check out on your final day and want to ski. Absolutely no way to accomodate this situation without lugging your gear to your car, and having to hire a boot locker. For the price, and our scenario, you're better off booking accomodation that has an on site reception and can cater to this. Otherwise prepare for a lot of mucking around. "

"It was an OK check in, but had to pick up keys at another location in Mansfield. At arrival to the property looked nice and cosy from the outside. Had to climb stairs no lift to 4th floor, which was a bit hard going up and down the stairs with the luggage and kids. On entry into the room snowflake 14 it had a damp smell which was in every room, we had to air the apartment before turning on the heater. The furniture in the living room and dining was average and outdated with stains on the couch...
