"I stayed here over the weekend with my family (2 adults, 2 kids), and the experience fell well below expectations for a 4-star boutique hotel. The biggest issue was the misleading “free breakfast.” Instead, we received two $5 vouchers per room per day for the attached restaurant, where every item cost $15+. With four registered guests, this felt inadequate and poorly communicated. The room was extremely small with minimal amenities—no coffee maker, no in-room phone, and no proper closet (just a shallow nook with a few hangers). Space was so tight that luggage became a tripping hazard. The tiny window made the room feel claustrophobic. The bathroom setup also felt cheap, more like a budget motel than a boutique hotel. The toilet flushed very slowly. Service was inconvenient. With no phone in the room, we had to go to the front desk for help. The elevator was slow, and staff were often unavailable—I had to make multiple trips just to speak with someone. Overall, very disappointing. This stay reinforced the value of sticking with reliable, name-brand hotels."

"Hotel is very old and feels run down, but it is clean. Breakfast needs serious improvement - no fruit, no bagels, disposable plates. Was non-smoking but hallway smelled of pot in places. Was just ok for one night."
