"The hotel served its purpose as we were here for a funeral. However, the rooms had a lot to be desired. Carpet was very wet from the air conditioning unit. First morning for breakfast we went down at 9 and no food left. So went down second morning at 730 which breakfast starts at 7, and there was food but it was all ice cold. I feel they cooked the food but didn’t have proper containers to keep food warm. We put plate in microwave to heat up. They do have free coffee all day so spouse liked that. I more than likely will "

"The front desk staff were nice, but that was about the only positive. This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not expecting luxury for the price, but I do expect basic cleanliness …and Room 129 was absolutely not sanitary. The floors were so sticky we wiped a small spot with a towel, and it came up completely brown. Outlets and fixtures were covered in grime, some with what looked like cigarette ash. Lamps and metal surfaces were rusted, and there was even a missing outlet cover, which is a safety issue. The room smelled musty the entire time, the TV didn’t work, and there was only one washcloth provided. Overall, this place is poorly maintained and unsanitary. I do not know how this place got any positive reviews if more rooms were like this. I wouldn’t ever recommend staying here. "

"Staff was very kind and helpful! However, the room had not been cleaned whatsoever (there were cigarette butts in our NON SMOKING room, stains everywhere the eye could see, toenail clippings everywhere, feces still in the toilet, and more). We opted to leave halfway thru the night because it smelled awful and were sleeping with no sheets/covers/pillows bc it was so filthy. Believe me, I know the price I paid but they could have at least swept and changed the sheets. I never leave reviews anywhere but we were appalled."

"Made reservations on line during the 19 hour drive and didn’t scroll to the end to see the additional charges for having a pet. The man working said he’d cancel the reservation and I’d get a refund but he lied. No cancellation. No refund. I’ll NEVER stay in another Best Western "
