The parking is not free as advertised and is on a one way street that is hard to find, rooms are noisy you can hear what is being said next door. The bathroom is unclean and not really a bathroom. It rains inside the building

Staff where helpful.l & friendly. Beautiful original building with fan & air con & bottled water a bonus. Frequent load music at night from surrounding night clubs but I slept with ear plugs. The TV reception was not good, but the location to everything especially the Plaza was fantastic & I could walk everywhere 👍

It is a place with a good location, the service is

I found a flea and it bit me during the night, and the walls are so thin, you can completely hear everything, kids crying, adults screaming and alarms at 4:00 am every 10 minutes. The employee was supportive but they ignored him.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Room was old and smelled dirty, the bathroom had an even worse smell all the time. Very noisy, you could hear people in the next rooms clearly. I was really expecting more. There are more options for the same price or less in Meridas downtowns with better installations and amenities.

¡Mala experiencia! Dos noches con agua helada, poca presión de agua. De las peores experiencias, dejamos $2,500.00 en efectivo dentro de una maleta y el dinero desapareció. Reportamos a recepción, hablo con el gerente del hotel y la solución que dio fue solo hablar con los camaristas. De las peores experiencias en hospedaje. Definitivamente nada recomendable
