The single room was very small but smartly outfitted with clothes hooks, outlets and lighting. The bathroom took up half the room so was a good size. Air conditioning and wifi were great. The door technology was quite impressive and unexpected, but a very nice touch. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Pool was also quite nice but could have been cleaned more often due to the dead insects floating on the surface.

The size and condition of the room was great for 1 person, clean and organized. The pool area was beautiful. Some place across the street had loud music until very late, I am glad I had ear plugs. A/C was good but the bed only had sheets, no blanket in the room. I realized after I was already in bed, I didn't fo down to ask the reception. So I bundled up withwhat I had in my luggage to keep myself warm.

For the most part it was alright. Clean and pretty hotel and rooms. However, the bathroom was a bit narrow and sitting on the toilet had you almost against the wall. The air conditioner dripped all night and there was this big puddle next day. A chair or two would be nice inside the room as you have to eat on the bed if you bring food inside. As for everything else, the staff is efficient and kind. Sadly the pool was under maintenance when I went so I can't tell about it.

La verdad es que la decisión de llegar a este hotel depende del Presupuesto, adquiri en paquete con avión, no tenía idea que clase de hotel era, no conocía la ciudad por tanto no tenía clara la ubicación. Honestamente no volvería a llegar ahí. Las chicas de recepción súper amables y es lo único que destaco. Creo que por el precio pude haber encontrado un lugar mucho mejor ubicado y con una habitación más cómoda y con buen mantenimiento. La ubicación es pésima, la entrada está justo en un apeadero de camiones urbanos, no se puede ni caminar por la banqueta siempre hay mucha gente haciendo fila en espera de su transporte. Está localizado en el centro, pero no en el centro histórico . Sino en el centro, zona popular . La habitación muy pequeña, rústica , el baño muy descuidado, deprimente. Acepto mi error de haber seleccionado este hotel. Pensé que era como decía un precio promocional en paquete. Las Fotos que tienen de las instalaciones seguramente las sacaron cuando abrió el hotel recién pintado . Frente a la recepción tienen un espacio como salida de espera, que es terrible ya que con el calor que hace ni un ventilador tienen. El ruido de los camiones es muy molesto, como dentro de la habitación no hay donde poner a secar toallas o trajes de baño había huéspedes que dejaban todo colgando en el barandal del pasillo , como si fuera vecindad . Y es que adentro de la habitación si son más de dos huéspedes no alcanza el espacio para colgar ropa . 😞 Fotos

Muy buen hotel y en muy buena ubicación, esta justo en los paraderos del bus, el personas muy atento y a la de recepción muy atenta la de la mañana, hasta nos ayudó muy amablemente a resolver un asunto, fue muy paciente y te explica todo, igual la de la tarde muy amable, el hotel apesar de estar en una zona muy transitada no había nada de ruido, la piscina muy bonita y es accesible al area de noche, el estacionamiento igual de bueno, aunque no esta en el hotel (esta enfrente) pero muy bien, la verdad si lo recomiendo mucho.

Reservé este hotel porque en Expedia se anunciaba que contaba con alberca. Al hacer el check-in nos informaron que estaba fuera de servicio por mantenimiento. Por el estado en que se encontraba, parecía ser un problema de tiempo atrás y no algo reciente. Considero que esto debió informarse antes de la reserva, ya que fue uno de los principales motivos por los que elegí este hotel. Pagué por un servicio que finalmente no recibí. El segundo punto es la ubicación. Aunque está en el Centro Histórico, se encuentra en una zona que no recomendaría para familias. Justo enfrente hay varios bares y durante la noche observamos presencia de prostitutas en esa misma calle y en las calles aledañas. Además, la entrada del hotel está junto a una parada de autobuses, por lo que hay mucho ruido y movimiento de personas prácticamente todo el tiempo. En mi caso viajaba con niños y no me sentí cómoda ni segura por las noches. Personalmente, no volvería a hospedarme aquí,

El hotel no tenía alberca y en la publicidad decía que si, al llegar a realizar el chek in es cuando te dicen que está en reparación pero yo no vi donde estuviera la alberca , pero como solo llegábamos a dormir no era relevante para nosotros.

La alberca está cerrada temporalmente porque la están arreglando. Si, realmente está cerca del centro pero la zona no es tan segura de noche, hay varias cantinas al rededor y se ve gente algo fea. El personal muy amable en todo momento y la habitación es tal cual las fotografías. Si llevas auto y quieres salir o entrar después de las 9pm debes pedir que te abran el estacionamiento y puede demorar unos minutos. Creo que por el precio vale totalmente la pena. Eso si, hay mucho comercio y transporte local de fácil acceso.
