The hotel was very clean. I liked its traditional Mexican atmosphere and we were so close to shopping and wonderful restaurants the ad on Expedia mentioned a pool but there was no pool there. We are not pool people so it didn’t affect us

The staff was making many wonderful improvements to the exterior while we were there. Nothing intrusive. We hope they can address small thing like ceiling cracks and chipping paint in the guest rooms. Great value.

La mayoría del personal muy mal su servicio y mala actitud. Solo desayuné un día pero decidí no hacerlo y buscar otros sitios, mi tiket fue de 250 pesos por un desayuno sencillo. Muy caro para el lugar. Solo una persona muy amable.

El lugar es tranquilo y agradable, cuenta con lo básico para llegar ay descansar, el personal muy amable. Lo único que recomiendo mejorar son los colchones, me parecieron un poco duros. A 2 cuadras esta la avenida Paseo Montejo y a unas 3 cuadras hay un Walmart.

Habitación muy limpia, así como los pasillos, personal atento y con ganas de ayudar. Desayunos con poca variedad pero rico, un poco caro por lo que es, cercanía al centro y tienda autoservicio cercana. No hay tantos restaurantes cerca, tienes que caminar unos 20 minutos para encontrar opciones, muy bueno en general
