The hotel is well located, right in from the of the bus terminal and walkable distance to the main centre of the city. The room was nice and clean, however the AC does not work properly, after sometime it starts making very annoying noises and stops cooling. Staff are really friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my bags before the check in time, since I have to go for an appointment at the US consulate. I'll be considering booking this hotel in the future.

It is across from the ADO bus depot, close to center plaza, hop on hop of bus that you stay on and the cathedral. The room smells strong with disenfectant

Bathroom is super small, at the end of the hallway didn’t have light, hallway was very dark. The elevator didn’t work. I don’t recommend this place.

It’s located in front of a bus station. A lot of people arriving and leaving all day long, heavy transit, don’t have parking lot, parking was very limited on the heavy transited avenue. The room didn’t have amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, desk/table, and the closet was just a small rod and a shelf on the wall. The bathroom was in a wedge shape, very narrow and the shower didn’t have a door so the whole bathroom flooded after taking a shower. Lack of noise insulation. Some guests arrived after midnight and it wasn’t possible to sleep due to the noise. At the restaurant, the utensils and china were old, their personal wasn’t very friendly especially after knowing that my reservation included breakfast. I tried to checkout before my reservation ended but the hotel doesn’t reimburse the money charged during the reservation. In general, it wasn’t what I was expecting from the pictures I saw online.

Habitaciones y limpieza bien , almohadas muy viejas y nada cómodas , si llevas coche es un tema , por que usan un solo estacionamiento para sus 2 hoteles si se llena , tendrás que buscar por donde dejarlo , ubicación buena ,

Es complicado estacionarse ,estacionamiento compartido con otro hotel ,te ponen horario para salir al otro dia ya que te pueden tapar la entrada ,inodoro fallaba el llenado del tanque de agua ,no limpiaron la habitacion cuando lo solicite ,control de aire acondicionado no sirve .
