Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. L’hôtel est « dans son jus » mais fait l’affaire pour le prix. 2 min à pied du centre ville.

Vraiment très bien

Accueil tres cordial. Viel hôtel dans le vieux quartier. Bien entretenu et très propre. Le personnel a répondu à toutes mes requêtes avec diligence ( même si je ne parle pas espagnol ). Chambre très grande et place commune extérieure super. J'en garde un bon souvenir. Un remerciement spécial à Fernando.

El hotel NO es en absoluto NADA a lo que ofrecen

Lamentablemente el hotel no es NADA en absoluto a lo que ofrecen en las imagenes, pareciera que las fotos están exageradamente retocadas o editadas a la realidad. Pedimos una habitación para 2 personas sin embargo nos ofrecieron una cama con un colchón duro y con un tamaño muy chico (colchon matrimonial), normalmente siempre dan un colchón Queen por lo menos. El hotel tiene instalaciones muy feas que no se comparan en nada a las imagenes. Lo único rescatable es la atención del personal que es muuuuuuuuuuuuuy amable.

El personal del hotel es muy amable, están dispuestos a ayudar y resuelven todo muy rápido. El cuarto estaba limpio cuando llegamos, pero no lo limpiaron durante nuestra estancia y nos encontramos un milpiés caminando por nuestras cosas. El colchón estaba incómodo, el hotel es ruidoso y es necesario pedir que prendan el calentador de agua antes se bañarse. La ubicación es buena, el centro queda a unos 5 minutos caminando y nos sentimos seguros en todo momento.

Pésima calidad, falta limpieza fotos no tan reales

El hotel es muy distinto a lo que se ve en las fotografías, resérvela habitación deluxe al llegar al hotel me exigen el baucher, me entregan la habitación de lujo y a los 25 minutos llegué al propietario del hotel a sacarme de la habitación diciendo que esa habitación tiene un costo de 1100 por noche y qué me va a cambiar una habitación estándar, me dice que si no estoy a gusto que pida la cancelación pero que el no tiene nada que ver con eso, y me habla mal de la app que no le pagan, total que me tuve que ir , a las habitaciones les falta mucha limpieza, y muchos detalles, los colchones viejos, en ubicación está excelente, la amabilidad del persona es muy buena excepto la del propietario del hotel, en conclusión no se los recomiendo.
