"Property is well located for ski in and ski out and accommodation was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"nous avions payé pour deux studios, mais l hotel nous a dispatché entre le 4 et le 816, on nous a dit qu'hotels.com ne leur a pas fournit nous coordonnées, pourtant nous recevions les emails. Ce manque de communication ne devrait pas justifier de mettre un groupe de voyageurs à deux endroits tres eloignés, dans d'autres batiments.
L orientation sur place est tres compliquée, d'autant qu il n y a quasiment pas de reception et peu d'indication.
neanmoins les studios sont propres, bien situés,...

"Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!"

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!!
Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture…
OVERPRICED!!!
To be avoided!!!"
