"1. Room 103, had nor room darkening shades. Did not discover this until going to bed which was late. Reported to staff in morning. 2. East Parking lot security accessed side door would not close and therefore provided no protection for the guests and staff. Reported to front desk, they dais they were trying to get it repaired."

"The staff were all excellent. From the door greeter to the check in staff and the parking monitor. The room was nice and it was the perfect walking distance to our concert venue. We would stay again."

"I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that had no warmth. Then we decided to go to the restaurant. We waited quite a while until someone came to see us and then we sat as the only people in the empty restaurant. The waitress was very kind and did her best to help us and made every accommodation. However, certain parts of the meals that we tried to order on the menu were not available. Then there were several flies in the oil in our oil and vinegar. Then when our meals did come they did not include all the ingredients that had been listed in the description. There was mold in the the creases of the inside of the shower. And the room was neat and tidy but was clearly run down stained wallpaper etc."

"There was garbage under the bed and bugs in the shower. It had an unpleasant odor, not a clean odor. The room key didn't work for the pool area, so you had to get the front desk person to let you in. They were pleasant and friendly about it but left people waiting while they did this."

"THE room was unacceptable. the room smelled had a thumb size hole in the wall and 50-100 nail holes. A/C not working temp was set at 78 and could adjust. We never unpack we went back down and checked out and had problems wanting to charge us for the room. Notified Expedia to get refund had problems with them. NOT HAPPY!! "
