"This was a great stay if you’re looking for value. The place is clean and is right infront of the bus stop (15 mins drive away from Amalfi - from there you can go to Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Maiori,Ravello with no hassle because the tabacchi is right beside the hotel reception and the guy working there tells you what tickets you need and what to expect when you transfer busses/ferry in Amalfi). The room service is great, i always come back to a super clean room. The location is near to EVERYTHING you need and it is a safe quiet town (I am a solo female traveller and was able to get late night dinners just by walking to the piazza which is 1 min away). Maria also told me where to get breakfast / where the stores are since I opted for no breakfast. She also introduced me to Sir Gennaro who drove me back and forth to Napoli Airport. I arrived a few hours too early for my check in but Maria welcomed me right away. I also had to leave really early to catch my flight and Maria made it simple for me, no problems about checking in/out. Overall, this made my first time in Europe/Italy so smooth and problem free. There is a toiletry basket, hair dryer, air conditioning and the best part is the balcony! Mine was overlooking Minori and i can see the Basillica di Santa Trofimena. It is also 1 min away from the beach. Only thing to consider: no elevators and the hotel is in the middle of a curve where busses have to honk before turning. Bearable noise, if youre sensitive to it, earplugs."

"This place was wonderful! From the view to the fabulous breakfast brought to our room, everything was just right. The staff were very helpful as well. For folks with mobility problems, it is a significant ascent to the square via the stairs or the road. But there is also a local bus that makes things more accessible, though we didn't use it. I'm all a great trip!"

"The hotel stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection, which was a great start to each day. The mattress was firm and comfortable, while the pillows were soft, making for a good night’s sleep. The staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay especially Nataly and Francesca and the other two lovely ladies at the breakfast room( sorry I didn’t catch their names). The location was quiet and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which was modern with a spectacular view of the sea. I would definitely come back and stay in Hotel Graal."

"Property is immaculately maintained. Front desk staff was super responsive and very helpful with organizing day trips to Positano and Capri. Hotel made transfers to and from airport and Amalfi and Positano a breeze. Breakfast is good and service is at the standard of a true 5-star hotel. I was hesitant about booking in Ravello instead of Positano, but no regrets after our stay. Ravello really is where you want to be at. Better shopping than Positano, better restaurants and less crowded. That said, you still have easy access to Positano and Amalfi. Hotel shuttle is easy and well-organized. For the price point it is worth every penny. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Hotel is about an hour away from Naples International airport so I suggest leaving earlier than usual because traffic is a bit unpredictable when you get to Naples. It took us almost 2.5 hours to get to airport when departing."
