"Our room was clean, and the whole place seemed well kept up and clean. Of particular note was the lady who checked us in. She was very helpful. She suggested places to eat and gave us other information. We were very happy with our stay."

"I have been coming here for years, and the restaurant renovation is absolutely fabulous. The updated space looks wonderful; however, the service, particularly the breakfast service, continues to be disappointing. Every time we stay, we order omelets or over-easy eggs, and the wait is extremely long. The bacon is also consistently served soaking in grease. I keep telling my husband that it will improve, but unfortunately it has not. For such a beautiful hotel, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets on Saturdays and Sundays, there should be at least two cooks working during peak breakfast hours. On Sunday, June 21, 2026, the cook on duty seemed to have no sense of urgency despite the large number of guests waiting to be served. The hotel itself is wonderful, but the breakfast experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the property."
