A bit difficult to find the entrance if you arrive on foot. A sign on the gate would help. The bell on the walk in gate didn’t work"

"Wonderful alberque. Be prepared for a bit of a different experience. To help eliminate unwanted bed bugs, which hitch a ride on pilgrims bags, your gear is stored in lockers downstairs and a laundry basket provided to bring up what's needed. Your gear in the locker is secured by a key and another locker upstairs as well. The beds are made and the shower, sink, toilet ratio per person is excellent. "Seems like a little family run hotel from what I could tell. The original building is a beautiful old building about 3-4 stories. In the back they have more modern apartments style rooms (where we stayed). The breakfast option is a must. They serve by individual orders so it does take some time but it’s pretty close to what your mother would serve you and very tasty. "
"The most amazing welcome, from a lady who comes from Sant Cugat del Valles, which I know well. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, internet access worked well. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both absolutely fine. " Not sure where to start because everything about this hotel deserves five stars. If you want to experience some tranquility in your busy life this is the place to stay. The views, the food and the attentive service of the staff was amazing. We were extremely impressed with the decor and design of our room and the entire hotel. "The double room was fairly basic but finished to a very high standard and included a lovely shower. The hotel is located on beautiful grounds in front of the casino and cinema and conveniently located in the centre of town. There is no dining in the evening but there are a few nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the morning was good and reasonably priced. This is a recommended stay."
