The credit card charge was not via ebookers but it was supposed to be charged by the property. They sent an auto-generated email to say they were going to charge my Visa. They then emailed me to say there was a problem charging my card. They then called me to say that they do not have breakfast available and that I should cancel...

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
