"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. Food was good and varied for all meals. Pool area was nice and without a fight for a sunbed every day. The views over the bay are stunning, we will return again for sure."

"This was our 4th stay at Barceló Hamilton. Do book a room with a sea view balcony, it’s worth it, as in the welcome shade later in the day. Marvellous view of the harbour with sea traffic all day. Appreciate the rooftop jacuzzis, complemented by large “courtyard” pool and separate covered pool in addition. Easy bus ride (or 30 min walk) into Mahon from where the whole of the island is accessible and 10 min walk round the corner to Cala Fonts full of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended."
