"There was an odor of cigarette smoke in the room. The pool, despite being advertised as heated, lacked maintenance, as the water was cold to the touch. The staff were either unwilling or unable to do anything to make this better. "

"Should have figured out that this place was going to be sketch when we walked into a couple complaining to the front desk loudly that they had just had items stolen from the hall way out side the room. The lobby was crowded with families checking in and there was one women working the front desk with no help. This is spring break and there were little options for last minute reservations and this place had one room left. We were traveling with our dog so we got a pet friendly room. Apparently that means a room that wreaks of wet dog. The walls were filthy and had paint chipping off them. There was once a tv hanging on the wall but was taken off and they left the mount there but put a tv in front of it on a desk. The bed and the floors were about the only thing decent in this room. Don’t look at the towels before you shower because you are likely to find hair or stains. There was a brown substance in the bathroom next to the toilet on the wall. I can only assume what that was. Not good. I highly recommend this hotel as a last option. I can’t comment about the breakfast. Based on the cleanliness of the room we didn’t want to roll the dice. We got up early and left. There is a strong scent of diffuser when you walk in. An obvious attempt to cover the scent of uncleanliness. The carpet in the hall way was disgusting and filthy. "

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Gym is phenomenal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the air conditioning. Room was hot and stuffy unless it was set to 65, freezing while running stuffy when off "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The toilet in our room was clogged, and despite informing the staff, no proper action was taken. Family with kids no where else to go, it was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. The breakfast was another letdown. It was advertised as one of the best, but the quality and variety did not match the claims at all. It felt very basic and poorly maintained. The hotel also claims to be newly renovated, but in reality, the amenities are old, worn out, and not well maintained. Cleanliness was also a major concern throughout our stay. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none."
