"The housekeeper walked in on me naked way before checkout (we weren’t even checking out) to ask if we’re checking out. I felt violated. What made it worse was when I went to the front desk(11:30am), the employee was so rude..blamed me? She stated checkout was at 11..and I explained that my reservation, the employee last night said checkout is at 12… every time I’ve been to this hotel, checkout at 12..but when I’m violated, it’s at 11? Ok. "
