8/10 Good
"The structure of the inside of the building is kind of unique but the building is very dusty. It needs major cleaning. I didn’t like the structure of the room because it’s not spacious enough. My mom stays with us in the hotel and it is kind of hard to maneuver her wheelchair in the room. Also, I didn’t like that the main door is very close to the bathroom. Both doors can hit each other if were open at the same time. The 2 rooms I reserve are also are far from the elevators. There should be elevators at different sides or sections of the building to accommodate access quickly for all guests. My brother also, didn’t like that the access to the pool is firstly, far from the room and secondly, he says that the gym needs to be entered to first to get to the pool. Overall, we are a bit disappointed. I thought it was a real good hotel because it’s Hyatt but I didn’t think it was based from my experience. It was just a so so kind of experience. Just stating my most honest review."
