"When I booked my stay i was on one hotel site( why dem ) I clicked pick my room and it took me to a different hotel. When I went to check in I was told it changed but they still use the web page. They didn’t offer any of the things listed, the elevator was broken, no linens, the bed was wobbly the couch was broken. They had signs leading to the ice machine. After roaming the halls thinking I missed. It , I call the front desk only to be told it was removed. After I saw two roaches I left. They said no refunds but I couldn’t stay. I will dispute this charge do to false advertising"
