"They just wrote me off as a crazy lady so they could keep my money but THIS PLACE HAS MOLD. The bad reviews were buried and I never should have booked a stay here for work trip. The rating is totally misleading. I checked in and smelled mildew in the room. The flooring was all wonky so i imagine water damage. It immediately triggered my asthma. I won't even bring up the other concerns with the place (like the trash that was all over the walkway) etc etc. Because MOLD. They won't refund me because since "they offered me another room" I technically had my chance to switch. But how am i to guarantee no mold in another room? This is not the first time I have booked a bad place through Expedia because they bury the bad reviews and give places like this a 8+ star rating. Learned my lesson. My bad. Don't follow my example. I do not leave reviews ever. I am not a complainer and I have dirt bag van life standards, so this isn't an uppity complaint. >>> This message is for those concerned about their heath while staying in Temecula. "
