"The reception staff were absolutely brilliant as were staff elsewhere - except for the girls in the restaurant - the patio restaurant. 1st day, we sat outside waiting for the room to be ready - the staff didnt approach us at all to ask if we wanted anything, even though they walked passed us. We eventually had to flag them down. Odd but we ignored it. Next morning my wife went to breakfast and she was completely ignored while others who came later were served! Also she was never told about the specials menu - there should have been a menu on the table as per other tables but this table didnt have it and girls never offered it. So my wife had the buffet when she would have preferred a meal from the menu (particularly the fruit/French toast). On out last day, I sat outside for 1 hour before anyone asked if I wanted anything. Overall not very attentive but dare I say maybe even predudicial. At least thats how it came across. And that's from a hotel that cost 550 US per night. Shame as the rest was good."

"Good breakfast, good staff, room clean. There were 2 main problems that made me really upset. First and most important was because the the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to pool up past our ankles (I asked for a solucion in the front desk, but nothing happend). Second, there were no wall sockets near the bed, what is expected on a good hotel nowaday."

"Fantastic 3‑night stay at Rosell Boher. Location, accommodations and the staff made it amazing. The rooftop jacuzzi room was a real standout – stunning views and incredibly relaxing. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with a boutique feel and superb wine pairing. The outdoor asado experience was a highlight and not to be missed. We also enjoyed Barro Cocina nearby for a great alternative meal, and the horse riding arranged by the hotel was unforgettable. Highly recommend – a perfect mix of luxury, food, wine and unique experiences."

"The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and lovely view of the mountains. We found the staff to be a little rude and we noticed some people on arrival got a glass of fizz and others did not, we did not and we were on our honeymoon so would have been nice. Breakfast was nice. I got a massage which was so lovely, bit of a strange set up, spa/pool area."

"Pros - An amazing bed, queen size. Very comfortable. Cons - My room was very cold. I was booked for 2 nights, complained the first day 3 times that there was no heat. They did manage to turn it on but just for 2 hours. Heat is controlled at the front desk. I complained again the second day as the room was so cold, that time they managed to turn it on and it stayed on. I have never been in a hotel that you would freeze in. During the day I had to go the park to sit in the sun to warm up. Each room has a thermostat but it was locked so you were not allowed to turn it on or adjust the temperature. It had to be done at the box at the front desk Last point, the room was lovely but there was some black mold around the tap end of the shower. Not acceptable."
