"We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a mixed experience. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which we appreciated after long days out. Unfortunately, the virtual front desk/customer service was not very helpful when we needed assistance. Communication was frustrating and it felt difficult to get support for our concerns. What really stood out positively, though, was the maintenance man. He went above and beyond to help us and was by far the most responsive and professional person we encountered during our stay. His kindness and effort made a big difference and deserve recognition. One downside was the noise from the upstairs guests, who were extremely loud throughout our stay and made it difficult to relax and sleep at times. Overall, the room quality and excellent maintenance support were positives, but better customer service and improved handling of noise issues would greatly improve the guest experience."

Ocean View Lodge

"Our stay at Ocean View Lodge was overall decent. The best part was definitely the ocean view — being able to sit out on the balcony, relax, and listen to the ocean was really nice. The room itself was older, but it seemed well maintained and clean. The bedframe was a little damaged, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. There was no central heating or air conditioning, though the lodge did provide two heaters and a fan, which helped keep the room comfortable. Overall, it was a simple and relaxing place to stay, especially if you’re looking to enjoy the ocean scenery."
