Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten aber wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat vollkommen okay. Personal sehr freundlich. Jedoch ist die zimmerreinigung nicht so gründlich. Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Kahvaltı çeşit az ama çok güzeldi. Bazı ürünler paketliydi ve kaliteli marka kullanılması çok iyiydi. Kışın kaldığımız için klimayı biz gitmeden çalıştırıp odayı ısıtmaları konforumuzu arttırdı. Odalar küçük. Genel itibariyle keyifli bir konaklamaydı fakat 1 günden fazla konaklamak için çok uygun görünmüyor.

Oteli verdiği hizmet ve muadil otellere göre fiyat değerlendirmesi oldukça iyi, odaların temizliği ve konforu çok güzeldi. Girişte Burak beyin müşterilerle ilişkisi harika. Biz ailece oteli beğendik, Bir daha o bölgeye gittiğimde başka otel aramam.

Daha yeni yenilenmiş ve çok güzel organize bir işletme. Gümüldür de uygun fiyata kalabileceğiniz temiz bir işletme. Buraya yakınındaki büyük ve popüler aquaparkı kullanmak için yakın diye tercih etmiştik. Çok memnun kaldık.

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok merkezi. Biz ailece 4 gece konakladk bugün itibariyle çıkış yaptık. temizliği hizmeti konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Özellikle kahvaltısı az ve öz çok güzeldi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Asansör yok ama görevli beyefendi hemen yardım etti bize tekrar teşekkürler. Fiyat performans olarak düşünürseniz başka yer aramanıza gerek yok. Rahat temiz konforlu hir otel

Otel teni bir otel odalarda 2 tv ve 2 klima var banyo ve temizlik cok iyi. Sabah kahvaltisi iyi ve temiz ama biraz daha cesit olabilir. Bizi karsilayan resepsiyondaki genc arkadas cok iyiydi. Bi insan o kadar saygili olabilir konusurken ayaga kalkip konusuyor dusunun bu tarz insablar lalmadi. Aksamdaki abimiz biraz asik suratli. Olsun yinede otel iyi. Sadece konum biraz kotü. Ama bizim aracimiz vardi aksam sigicak a gittik yarim saat mesafesi var. Orasi cokkk gizel burada rahat bir sekilde konforlu kalinip cevre gezilebilir.

Vorsaison: Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal

Gefühlt waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Auf unseren Wunsch hin wurde die Dachterrasse für uns geöffnet und auch die Frühstückszeit wurde vorverlegt. Die Zimmer waren in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber, das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Blick aus unseren Zimmern war nicht berauschend, wir würden eher keinen Urlaub in diesem Ort machen (nur Übernachtung vor Abreise von Izmir aus). Uns hat es sehr überrascht, dass wir so ein komfortables Zimmer für so wenig Geld bekommen haben: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Freundliche Atmosphäre: Das Personal war freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel mit schönem großem Zimmer, super für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind. Allerdings leckte der Waschbeckenabfluss und bei der Balkontüre musste man darauf achten, dass sie richtig geschlossen war. Wir konnten jeden Tag direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es drückt auch mal ein Auge zu, wenn man etwas später zum Frühstücken kommt, erfüllt aber dennoch die Extrawünsche, besonders der kleinen Gäste. Wir wurden gut beraten, was die Umgebung betrifft. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Wer eine Basis für Ausflüge sucht und nicht das All-inklusiv-Welness-ich-bleibe-nur-im-Hotel-Erlebnis ist hier sehr gut beraten. Der Strand ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist solide türkisch, Oliven, Grünzeug, Käse, Wurst, Honig, Marmelade, Nusscreme, Butter, Frischkäse, dazu beliebig viel Cay, Extra Obst oder Ei oder sonstiges einfach nachfragen. Ein gutes Hotel um gut zu schlafen und nach einem ordentlichen Frühstück gut in den Tag zu starten.

Arif Bey'e tesekkurler cok pozitif,sakin,guler yuzlu ve yardimsever bir insan.Tum calisanlar pozitif,guleryuzlu ve ilgili tesekkurler herkese.Yalniz bir onerim Spilos Hotel'e kahvaltiyi biraz daha renklendirebilirler mesela kurumeyve parcalari,ceviz suzme yogurt ve 1-2 vegan yada glutensiz kurabiye, mini kek gibi gibi.Bir de beyaz ekmek disinda bugday yada cavdar da olursa:) Inanin cok yararli oluyor.Gumuldur'e tekrae gelirsem yerim belli.Tesekkurler

Family vacation at Spilos Gumuldur

During our 4 night stay at the hotel we didn't get any room service. The bathroom was not clean, there was mold in the shower area, the position of the wc was so tight and uncomfortable. They didn't serve any local signature pastry at the breakfast which do not cost anything.

It is a lovely hotel although there are some repairs required and a better night service. There were issues in the room I stayed in for the first 3 nights, the sliding window handle was broken which left me feeling unsafe, there was no hot water and finally the air conditioner was broken and started leaking. The night personal tried to fixed it unsuccessfully. But following morning manager, Burak Esmeray was very helpful and arranged another much better room for me. Ata, who was working at the reception at the time was extremely helpful as well. I stayed another 10 days after that and had an amazing time, thanks to Burak, I highly recommend the hotel. Yes, there were issues in the beginning as could happen anywhere but the way Burak handled the situation was great. In my view that is the most important thing. Thank you.

Betreff: Beschwerde über Hotelaufenthalt – Unzureichende Sauberkeit und Hygienestandards Sehr geehrtes Expedia-Team, ich wende mich an Sie, um meine Enttäuschung und meinen Unmut über einen kürzlich erfolgten Hotelaufenthalt zu äußern, den ich über Ihre Plattform gebucht habe. Ich habe vom insgesamt vier Nächte in verbracht, und der Aufenthalt war in vielerlei Hinsicht untragbar. Bereits am ersten Tag fanden wir benutzte Handtücher in unserem Zimmer vor, was sofort einen schlechten Eindruck hinterließ. Zu unserer Bestürzung wurde unser Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das Badezimmer war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und wurde nie gesäubert, was äußerst unhygienisch und unangenehm war. Hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung der Mängel: - Keine Zimmerreinigung während des gesamten Aufenthalts - Benutzte Handtücher im Zimmer bei Ankunft - Schmutziges Badezimmer, das nie gereinigt wurde Diese Zustände sind völlig inakzeptabel und entsprechen nicht den Standards, die ich von einem über Expedia gebuchten Hotel erwarte. Ich bitte um eine gründliche Überprüfung dieser Angelegenheit und eine angemessene Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die uns entstanden sind. Ich erwarte eine zeitnahe Antwort und eine Lösung dieses Problems. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
