It is an ongoing rennovation. The new fixtures are good. There is a stian by the door on the carpet and also a stain on the counter at the sink. Shower needs to be renovated too....there was a big cockroach walking in the shower when we turned on the light. Other than that, grsat price for a spacious room with a king size bed. Nice to have continental breakfast included too. Conveniet and safe location.

The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). I got a text telling me to reply if I needed anything, which I did, and there was no response.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. WE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The waffles and coffee were EXCELLENT 👌👍 too.

We regularly stay at this Super 8 when in the Memphis/West Memphis area and have been patrons for a number of years. The quality of service has always been excellent. The recent renovations have improved our stays with very comfortable beds and thicker, fluffy towels. The staff remain very friendly and are quick to offer kind assistance. We remain very satisfied customers and will recommend this hotel heartily to any one traveling in this area. Thank you for your standard of excellence!

This is our choice motel when we're in the West Memphis area. We are never disappointed. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable with clean linens. Bath linens were fluffy and nicer than expected. Shower wall-pump shampoo is a very nice addition. Complimentary breakfast was limited to waffles, juice and coffee, but the waffles are hot and delicious. We remain loyal patrons of this Super 8 motel.

This motel never disappoints us! Our room was clean with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water available. Coffee is available in the lobby area and a self-service waffle maker provides complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. This continues to be our motel of choice when visiting the Memphis/West Memphis area. Thanks so much!
