Staff were wonderful. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. However the carpet was nasty and dirty on the room and throughout the hall ways and stairs.

Staff were nice, the coffee is real, the room was clean, the AC and hot water worked great. The bed was comfortable. It's an older building and it's exactly what you expect for the price. Glad this place exists, will book again.

Wow, would not call this a Super 8. Surprised the franchise allow it. I have never seen a bathtub waste rot away from a faucet dripping, it must have been doing it for a long time from lack of maintenance, along with rest of the property. Breakfast included only waffles, wasn't even any milk provided for the coffee. Beds were clean and room was quiet. But overall just dilapidated, would recommend sadly

The staff was very kind. Unfortunately the owners ate not. Apparently they dont like for people to book throught hotels.com or any third party site due to their selfishness. I stayed there a month and when the new owners took over they refused to honor my booking. And also called the police for literally no fault of my own

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. WE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. The waffles and coffee were EXCELLENT 👌👍 too.

We regularly stay at this Super 8 when in the Memphis/West Memphis area and have been patrons for a number of years. The quality of service has always been excellent. The recent renovations have improved our stays with very comfortable beds and thicker, fluffy towels. The staff remain very friendly and are quick to offer kind assistance. We remain very satisfied customers and will recommend this hotel heartily to any one traveling in this area. Thank you for your standard of excellence!

This is our choice motel when we're in the West Memphis area. We are never disappointed. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable with clean linens. Bath linens were fluffy and nicer than expected. Shower wall-pump shampoo is a very nice addition. Complimentary breakfast was limited to waffles, juice and coffee, but the waffles are hot and delicious. We remain loyal patrons of this Super 8 motel.

I was very happy with the staff running the facility. The are all very happy great you and accommodate your needs. I have been running back and forth to the university hospital for my brother. He had a heart attack on Wednesday. I made it here Thursday evening. So glad this property is a Wyndham location.

This motel never disappoints us! Our room was clean with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water available. Coffee is available in the lobby area and a self-service waffle maker provides complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. This continues to be our motel of choice when visiting the Memphis/West Memphis area. Thanks so much!

This motel's accommodations and staff never disappoint us. With family in the area, we use this motel several times a year. It is clean with a friendly, welcoming staff. Linens are clean and the mattress affords a very restful sleep. The motel's decor is in process of being updated. Our only wish is that in-room coffee makers were available; even so, we highly recommend this motel.
