"Awesome place to stay if you are an Elvis fan. Lots of small things the hotel does add up to a great experience. Movie night, music, PB&J, restaurants and staff are all excellent. Greeted by friendly faces."

"The location is starting to show its age. The parking lot has potholes. The shower needs a good scrub. The breakfast is good and varied each day. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was nice and clean but seemed like its time for fresh paint. Beds were very clean and comfortable and that rooftop view of the river and bridge we incredible but not much for the bar there!! nice location and not bad for the price."

"The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand"

"The property was beautiful as always and service superb. The pool and hot tub were occupied by several people and children so we did not get to enjoy it during our stay. The athletic club area was under construction and we were never able to gain access to the sky deck as it was closed during our stay. However, the rest of the property was nice and extremely comfy bed and bedding. "

"Front desk staff is super nice, the breakfast staff was odd. They only greeted certain people and gave me and my kids dirty looks. Our hotel room had damage and nails on the floor. The pool was soooo gross. Idk the last time they cleaned it. The location of this hotel is really, really good."

"Very cool room inside bass pro. Good detail and decor throughout store and hotel. Fun things for kids to do like bowling, games, scavenger hunt. Service in restaurant at top was nice. Very friendly staff, be patient takes a while for food to come out. Food was terrific. Everyone friendly who worked there. "
