"The room was great, but I was disappointed that there was no"

"The staff is I think the most unfriendly I’ve had in a hotel. Check in was at 3:00 and we arrived at 3:45. I had a group of 15 minors with me. When I went to check in, they just told me my ribs weren’t ready. They didn’t say hello, they didn’t seem concerned that the rooms weren’t even ready after check-in. They didn’t even give an estimated time the rooms would be ready. It was almost like they were annoyed. I was even expecting for the rooms to be ready. They told me they would call me when they were ready and we had to find somewhere to kill time with our huge group. No one ended up calling me so an hour later I called them and again they sounded annoyed, and then they said I guess they’re ready. The service is pretty much continue to be just as rude and unfriendly. I was there all week and no one ever said hi to me, they were always annoyed if I even tried to talk to them. They don’t clean the rooms, unless you specifically ask them too. And even then they barely do. I don’t know what happened to this hotel because I’ve stayed there at least six times with a group, but we will not be staying there anymore."

"Nice place, quiet for sleeping. Bathroom sink water pressure very low. Kitchen floor was had lots of little crumbs all around. No bar soap in bathroom. Refrigerator oriented so that the door handles were against the wall."

"Front desk took forever to let us in and there were issues with the checkin process that took forever as well. Though I picked a smoke free room the room was stinking of cigarettes! Carpets are dirty sink was broken....overall a terrible stay! WILL NOT Recommend!"

"The staff in the front weren’t very friendly in the front. I arrived at 3:45, my checking was 4:00 and they still charged me 25 dollars. I also chose this hotel because of the hot tub that was posted on their listing, which isn’t there anymore. Over all it was a pretty decent stay . "
