"I've stayed here several times going to see my son at U of I. It's inexpensive, close to everything we need, always clean, and beds are comfortable. It's nothing fancy but it's nice and the staff is great. "

"my review is that the front desk, friendly but gave me incorrect shuttle info and even wrote it on my room key card. I stay there to use your shuttle and when in the morning I was told it doesn't operate until after my flight check in. very unprofessional, inconvenient and I can't stay there anymore. I do want reinbersment for the problem"

"Inn at American is a great budget friendly hotel. It’s always good for a decent place to stay. Especially for those fast, friendly, business trips."

"The room was clean, high quality, had comfortable beds and new furniture. The bathroom was clean, well lit and the shower had good pressure. The water is a bit soft, which made washing soap off quickly a bit challenging. The staff was excellent in all aspects and the breakfast was really good and quickly refreshed when stuff ran low."

"When I checked in the evening around 9:00PM the front staff was watching a movie in lobby. While I was completing the paperwork the movie had a s** scene and the gentleman continued to watch it. Two young girls came into the lobby and the staff did not turn off the movie. I quickly steered my 3 young kids through the lobby to the room. It was very unprofessional for the staff. My kids looked forward to breakfast and the breakfast offered was just a few items in a brown bag. "
