During the night, the fire alarm was activated multiple times due to what appeared to be a maintenance failure. These repeated incidents caused significant disruption and made it impossible to sleep, resulting in a completely sleepless night. We specifically chose your hotel to ensure a restful stay before continuing a long road trip the following day. The lack of sleep not only caused considerable discomfort but also directly affected our ability to drive safely the next morning, which is a serious concern. This situation reflects a clear lapse in proper fire alarm maintenance and guest safety standards. While I understand that emergencies can occur, repeated false alarms due to preventable issues are unacceptable. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for the stay, as the primary purpose of our booking—a safe and restful night—was not met. "The pillows"

"I think it’s been under construction for years …… Not clean , breakfast taste like chemicals , pool water for the kids was freezing one night okay the next , box fan in the window for ventilation , hot tub was burning hot and jets didn’t work. Room door you could see day light through, walls are so thin you can hear everything! Sink in my room that I paid full price for had a sign taped to the bottom of it that said out of order due to construction 😒 absolutely will not be returning. One positive of the stay the front desk gal was pleasant and polite."

"I try to stay here every time I’m in Belgrade- at least a few times a year. The property is in a great location, the rooms and common areas are always clean and it suits my budget. It’s in the center of town so there are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. "
