"The only thing that disappointed us was that the hot tub was not working during our two day stay. Other than that my wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The whole property was clean. The room was clean and smelled clean! So my wife and I would definitely give them 4 and 3/4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨ out of 5 Stars!"

"I stayed at the Extended Stay America at 4060 Center Park Drive and the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. After traveling since 3 AM, they gave me keys to the wrong room, which led to me accidentally trying to enter someone else’s room — embarrassing and completely avoidable. The hallway had trash on the floor, and the correct room smelled so bad I had to buy a deodorizer just to tolerate it. The TV was a hit or miss and eventually stopped working, and the bed felt like a flimsy cot. Noise was an issue too — I had to call the front desk at 1 AM because the people above me were stomping nonstop. Then checkout was just as frustrating. I was told I’d get my deposit refund email after housekeeping finished at 8:30 AM, but even after 5 PM nothing came. I had to call them myself while traveling all day just to get the email they should’ve sent automatically. This trip was important to me, and the hotel added stress at every turn. Some kind of consideration for all the trouble would’ve been appropriate."

"The breakfast is just "coffee and snacks" in the small check-in room. The place was just very run down, staff was cheerful, swimming pool looked like a storage area."

"Room was okay. You can tell it is outdated. Room 316 is very noisy. I’m not sure what is above it but there was a ton of banging around at 11pm as well as a ton of traffic noise from the rode. Pool and hot tub fun for kids."

"A beautiful historic hotel with amazing ambience and proximity to great options for tourism, dining and relaxation. Not haunted but feels like it should be. Breakfast, dinner and entertainment all located in the lobby. Would stay here again."

"As always at SCP the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were a tad sparse but the lobby is a nice communal area for sure. I think the property probably shines a bit more in the summer months but during the winter, the outdoors and parking lot were not as inviting. "
