"We had 2 rooms total.The room assigned to my sister & looked clean except for one corner in the bathroom. We had a small fridge which was nice, but no microwave in the room. My daughter's room was missing a trash can /recycle bin combo. The trash can in her bathroom had no liner & had standing water inside. She asked for this to be remidied & received a trash/recycle receptical fairly quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator closest to our rooms broke down after we went up to our rooms, but there was another one a little further away that worked fine. Overall, I would stay here again. "

" I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I booked this reservation weeks in advance, paid a higher rate, and checked in as planned. After arrival, I noticed the exact same room is now priced $146 less than what I paid. When I reached out for assistance, I was told I’m not eligible for any adjustment simply because I used a small amount of One Key Cash—roughly $3 to $5. This policy feels unreasonable and honestly misleading. A minimal reward credit should not completely disqualify a customer from receiving fair pricing or any type of price adjustment, especially when the difference is this significant. I made the effort to book early, which is typically encouraged, yet I’m now being penalized for it. From a customer standpoint, this comes across as a lack of transparency and flexibility. It creates the impression that loyalty rewards are being used as a loophole to avoid honoring fair pricing practices. I’ve used your platform expecting consistency and customer-first service, but this situation has done the opposite. I’m not asking for anything excessive—just a reasonable adjustment or credit that reflects the current rate difference. Situations like this make customers reconsider using the platform in the future. I would strongly urge you to review this policy, as it negatively impacts customer trust and overall experience."

"The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. We ordered dinner from the hotel and the salad had the most rancid croutons on it. We couldn't eat it. The flatbread was decent. It is a fine hotel, but the food choices could be better..."

"I had to book trip on very short notice. I see 50/night and 2 stars. I still book. Don't mind the worn bedding, scratched up tub. I do mind only one working outlet. The entire lobby is walled in due to element. You check in/out through a 12 x 12 inch opening in the wall. Never saw that in my.life"

"Upscale hotel in a fabulous location. It's right across from Capital Grille, near Restoration Hardware and the Tommy Bahama bar. It is very clean and looks new. We will stay here again. "
