Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple. Many restaurants nearby, Gelato/bakeries with sumptuous thick hot choco steps away, main shopping is walkable, souvenir shops, Restaurants and many more. Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area. "

"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...
