"The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required"

"It’s situated in a backstreet behind a Main Street row of nightclubs. Fine for a midweek stay but probably best avoided at weekends. It’s ok for the price but a bit like staying in student accommodation - Spartan furniture and furnishings and rather tired decoration. "

"I was in room 20 which is at the very top in the eaves, which was dark with only a skylight with blinds that didn't open, there is a small window in the room which is covered by some cloth. The Bathroom window stills need painting.
At the time of booking it did state that there was on site parking which was not true which has been been removed, there is a car park down the road which you can. The hotel can sell you parking permits.
Also when I booked it also stated that there is a full English breakfast, Sorry it's not, They offer a continental breakfast or a vegetarian or vegan breakfast.
One good thing about this hotel is that it is only 5 minutes away from the centre. "

"Lovely and welcoming place. Our villa was spotless and fully equipped with a washer dryer and a dishwasher.
The washing machine came in handy after we got back from swimming, as we didn’t need to bring wet towels back home with us.
The restaurant had lovely dishes at a reasonable price, but try to book early because they are always busy.
We had a nice relaxing time, we wish we stayed longer."
